Todd County Court Docket is a private reference resource, not a court office. Official court-record questions belong with the Minnesota District Court, Todd County District Court, or with the statewide service that holds the requested record. The routing below distinguishes public case searches, court dates, certified copies, technical MCRO questions, city-government data, and federal cases so a request reaches the appropriate custodian.

This is not a court or government office. This private reference resource cannot retrieve official files, change a court date, remove or seal a record, issue a certified copy, or provide legal advice.

Need an Official Docket or Record?

Use the record type to choose the correct official route. Minnesota calls the chronological court docket the Register of Actions. A public online result is useful for locating a case, but it does not replace an official or certified copy from the court.

  • Official case information or Register of Actions: begin with Minnesota Court Records Online, then select Todd County when the filing county is known.
  • A court date or hearing: check the Todd daily calendar for a near-term setting or MCRO Hearing Search for a broader date range, then confirm an important date with Court Administration.
  • Certified, older, paper, or locally maintained court records: contact Todd County Court Administration. MCRO results and downloads are unofficial.
  • An MCRO technical or how-to problem: use MCRO support. That support route does not replace the local records counter for a Todd file or certification.
  • City-government records: seek ordinances, permits, utilities, council material, and other city-held data from the relevant City Hall or city custodian. A city form is not a request for a district-court record.
  • Todd County government data: use the Todd County data-practices route for county-held administrative records. Minn. Stat. § 13.03 does not replace the Judicial Branch rules for a court file.
  • Federal cases: use PACER or District of Minnesota CM/ECF resources. Federal records are separate from MCRO, and Todd County has no federal courthouse.
